Refund policy

Refunds for Digital Goods

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.  Refunds for instant download purchases (digital materials) will only be given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.  

Refunds for Customized Physical Goods

Refunds for customized physical goods can not be given.  These include: signed copies of print books and customized clothing or merchandise.  

All other purchases

For all other purchases, we offer a refund or replacement of your items within 10 days of receiving your item.  The choice is yours. 

​​Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requesting a Refund or Replacement

Please email shop@daniellegarrettbooks.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and the items you would like to return. If item is damaged, we will gladly refund or resend your items.
